JAMAICA PRIZES - CONDITIONS
- The Jamaica tour can be extended at cost price to the winner.
- Departure city must be major gateway cities only. No stopovers en route to Jamaica.
- The trip must include a Saturday night in Jamaica.
- The tour must be booked at least 45 days before departure, and the flights are subject to availability within the promotional fare category. Certain dates may not be available.
- The itinerary cannot be modified once booked.
- Winners may be requested to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability.
- All applicable State, Federal or Local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
- Winners must allow the use of their names without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
- Employees of 4Tors, their families or advertising agencies within this promotion are not allowed to participate.
- If prize notification or attempted notification is returned undeliverable, the prize is forfeit.
- Offer void where prohibited by law.
- 4Tors, or other co-sponsors, are not liable for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by utilization of this prize.
- 4Tors is a Florida state registered company. Any litigation, arbitration or court claim must be processed within the State of Florida.
- The maximum number of tickets which can be sold to an individual person is 20.
- 4Tors reserves the right to amend and interpret the above rules.
- All funds raised through the program must be used towards a 4 Tors soccer tour. If not enough monies are raised to meet the requirements of the tour, then all funds generated shall be placed in an escrow account for future use towards a 4 Tors soccer tour.
